Snow Plow Plan
1. All cars must be moved from the Red Zones to the Green Zones prior to, or at the very beginning of any predicted accumulating snowfall. No cars are allowed to be parked in the Red Zones during storms.
2. If you are leaving a car in the lot because you are away for the storm, it needs to be parked in the Blue Zone (see attached map).
3. Once the storm appears to be nearing an end, and the Red Zones are clear, move vehicles from the Green Zones to the Red Zones. The plow company will be back to plow the Green Zones towards the end of the storm. To be clear, this means you have to move your car back to the Red Zone the day the storm is ending.
4. Failure to follow this plan creates a mess in the parking lot for you. The spaces by the dumpster in front of 38 Alpine Place, and the Green Zone seem to be the worst after today's storm.
5. Parking is prohibited in the Black Zone during the storm.
6. How else can you help? Please help other tenants that you notice are having trouble following the plan, to better understand it. The success of the plan only works if we all follow it. People not complying greatly affects everyone else.
AJ Coleman's has been contracted to plow Alpine Place Apartments. They successfully plow the majority of the commercial businesses, including many of the hotels.
